  31 riders, 3 days, 375km, 4200m climbing, over 15,000 calories burned and
over $112,500 raised for Habitat for Humanity. Spectacular views in the Rockies and unforgettable camaraderie on this epic ride. Thanks to all of our Sponsors, organizers, volunteers, riders and virtual riders for making this a huge success.
 

   


RTTR in 1 week and so far Toni and I have raised $3200.  Thanks to Pro Builders Ltd.
(Home Hardware) for sponsoring us. We are so excited to be live again this year from
Canmore Aberta. 31 riders with a goal of raising $100,000 for Habitat for Humanity.

   


RRTR 2021 will be both actual and virtual Aug 20-22.

 Another "across the lake" swim completed. Ideal conditions allowed a 44 min. time...a nice    improvement over my 2 hour time last year.  I may have to start taking this serious and see what I can do. So far, it's just been getting up to Ironman distance so that I can eventually compete in an Ironman.

 The 2011 Kelowna Civic Awards were fabulous.  Such inspiring people nominated in many categories.  I felt like I did not deserve to be there among such talented and inspiring people.  After watching the video presentations of my fellow nominees I was sure I would not win.  What a surprise when I was announced the winner of Male Athlete of the Year.
